Dear Renee and Mike,

                        I would just like to take this opportunity to extend my 
                        warmest thanks to both of you for a job well done on the 
                        renovations at our home.

                        Andrea and I are both extremely happy with the results 
                        and feel that everything that was discussed was done to 
                        our satisfaction and, more importantly for us, within 
                        budget.
                        You and your team were professional, polite, patient and 
                        also tidy.

                        Of course it is in the nature of a building renovation 
                        that a few unforeseen things need to change along the 
                        way, but this was never a problem either and we really 
                        appreciate the extra effort that you had to go to in 
                        order to help us get the work done.

                        We look forward to working with you again in the future!
